EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

We have a 7-day exchange policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request an exchange, but we will check and verify before approving for a return.

To be eligible for a exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a product exchange, you can contact us via our website chat messenger and providing us with your order ID for verification. If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you further instructions on process flow of the exchange procedures. Any items sent back to us without first requesting will not be accepted.

You can also contact us at enquiry@nipponhome.sg for non-urgent enquiries. However, you are encouraged to use the chat messenger for prompt response.

DAMAGES AND PRODUCT ISSUES

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Do send us photos / videos of the issues in which we can convey to vendors / suppliers on quality improvement.

EXCEPTION / NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders / flash sales or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as hygiene & beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sales or promotional items. Change of mind is not applicable for returns as well.

REFUNDS

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected the returned items. Once the item is returned in good condition, we will process the refund through your original payment method. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Refunds for PayNow QR Payment: In general, you will bear the cancellation charge (at non-capped 1% of total paid amount) of paid orders made via the PayNow QR Payment. With the exception of order cancellation due to out-of-stock of the item(s) ordered only.

GOODS WITH MANUFACTURER WARRANTY

Certain products that are purchased from our store comes with manufacturer`s warranty as such you are required to keep a proof of purchase which may be required to be presented when registering for, sending in an item for repairs / servicing to the respective manufacturer`s service centres. You are also required to check and register for warranty as soon as you have received the product. Should a product comes with manufacturer warranty, you may be referred to manufacturer for product defects or issues.
